Notarization for existing documents
Property documents can involve acknowledgments, jurats, signature witnessing or other requirements. The document provider, title company, receiving agency or attorney must identify the required act. Julie performs the authorized notarization requested.
Before the appointment

- Confirm all required signers
- Ask whether witnesses are needed
- Know where the completed document must go
At the appointment
- Julie verifies identity
- The signer participates personally
- The requested act is completed
- Any next delivery step remains the client's responsibility unless agreed otherwise
